Hello all! Below are a selection of the best photos of our lovely little man from October.
Max is still about the same height we think - 91cm ish - and weighs 2 stone 4. He has said a couple of new words - hooray!
'Love'
and
'Circle' which sounds like 'curl' but it's close enough for now!
Here he is! Smiling a big, cheesy grin - for Mummy? Nope - for Rachel from Glee... I know my place...

At Granny and Grandad's house yesterday, Max got a spectacular bump on his forehead from falling off a chair and wacking into the radiator! It looked a LOT worse than this when he'd just done it! :( Poor thing - he was extremely brave though and let us put a cold compress on for a bit and it had gone flat by that evening - he is a quick healer like his Mummy.

He's started to enjoy looking at things from different angles - he likes to look at things from the level they are at, so he puts his eyes right in line with his cars when they're on the floor, table or window sill, and watches TV upside down sometimes!

Max loves scribbling in different colours, Jackson Pollock-style, on the Nintendo DS with the stylus. He's getting very good at controlling it now. I had a puzzle open yesterday which was made up of a square with little circles you had to touch to make mirrors appear and disappear. Max was having lots of fun challenging himself to click all the little circles till the square was full. He nodded his head, then clapped for himself each time he did it. Cute!
He also likes trying to copy shapes I draw on there like triangles, squares and circles - which is when he said 'circle' for the first time.

Looking very grown up on a walk to the wood by our park.

Lovely smiley chap!

Halloween biscuits!

All that effort and we had 1 trick-or-treater! Was fun making them together with Max and Daddy though. :)

These ones were taken on a lovely afternoon walk with Cara, Lucy, Katie and Hannah through 'Squirrel Woods'. We had a very fun time climbing trees and balancing on logs, but not such a fun time picking up Max's stupid wellies that kept falling off!! Grrr...

Balancing on wobbly logs! Of course Max had to have a go!

Helping Daddy with the gardening! Trying to get rid of those blasted rotten potatoes from under our lounge window! Max very actually very helpful!

As well as looking at things from different angles inside, Max also likes checking out the undersides of cars, bikes etc... he was jabbering to me something about the bottom of his quad bike here...

Just gorgeous

Max in his grown up bed - we're going to get him a pillow and duvet set soon - he loves lying in our bed under the covers.

This was taken on a roundabout at the park at Kew on a visit to see Gran with Sally, Jack and Harry

At Gran and Mea's house in Kew - Jack is telling Max to 'go to Mummy' as I was calling him and being ignored! Thanks Jack! Lol!
