15 weeks - Bouncy Duck and new skills!

Max is now 15 weeks old and as the photo below shows, is now very good at grabbing hold of and sometimes even reaching out to grab his toys.

He continues to be a huge source of joy for both Callum and me and does a great job of calming Callum down and cheering him up after a rough day at work.

He is much better (and happier) being on his tummy to practise crawling

... and frequently talks to both people and his toys.

We also put Maximus in the family-famous Bouncy Duck (which all his cousins have played in) and he seems to like it a lot so far - it's more good exercise for his legs too which is great. Check out the video!

Last week I also took a (very dark but very lovely) video of Callum reading to Max which is below, under the photo. We try to have Callum read to him every night and he is currently enjoying The Fellowship Of The Ring - we're just beyond the barrow downs for those who may be interested!

Yo bouncy duck is still going despite only having only one eye !!! The only thing that is cuter than bouncing in it is when they fall sleep (see my blog for photos)

I think the darkish video of Callum reading to a cooing Max is off the scale cute!

I was thinking about drawing on a new pair of eyes, but I think that would take away from his personality - this duck has been through some tough times! :)

Callum has a gorgeous reading voice, Max loves listening to him.
