I'm still putting Max on his tummy to encourage him to use the muscles he needs for crawling and although he's not crawling yet, he is happy enough on his tummy for a while and will often pivot around in a half circle instead of crawling.

We don't have a photo of this and I don't know how he's doing it, but each morning when we go in to Max's room he has managed to wriggle his way to the top of his cotbed, sometimes even managing to end up 90 degrees one way or the other! He must propell himself using his legs somehow, he does have a powerful kick on him... Curious...
Max and I spend a nice amount of time each week with Sally and Jack and when I babysat Jack last week they had fun playing together in Sally & Alec's garden, particularly with Max's musical keyboard. I've sent the video of this to Sally and she can add it to her blog of Jack as it's really cute of him!

He still holds his hands in this adorable way which he's done since birth. :)
Callum has got a marvellous new Les Paul electric guitar which he LOVES and he spends time serenading Max (and me). Max sometimes takes the initiative to 'stroke' the strings (which he's learned from petting the cats) - see video!
