March (16 months)

March has been another fun month with plenty of play time Daddy, Jack & Sally, Gunckle Peej and many others.

Here are a few pics showing some of the fun we have out in our garden.
This is one of Max's favourite things to do, which is to throw golf balls against the path and watch/listen to them ping about.
Our grass plant (which died back over the Winter) has provided us with dry stalks to play with! Generally the cats play chase with them but Max also uses them as pretend pencils to 'write' on the bins like blackboards.
"Yes Daddy, you have clearance to enter my base."
Learning the skills that will pay the bills... Maybe...
The grip is very important.
Had enough of golfing for today.
This is the running between Daddy's legs game - or "Under the bridge"
My lovely, happy boys
Snuggle with Gunckle Peej at Kew Gardens, shortly after chasing the pigeons!
Number 8 in training!

In case anyone wondered how much fun Max has with Jack...

The famous slinky eyes

"Oh yes! I AM as beautiful as they say!"
Having a right good belly laugh watching 'Maru the cat' on You Tube. It's just a cat jumping in and out of a packing box - but it really tickles Max!

Sitting with Uncle Scott watching video games - still brings much joy
Callum took this one! Very cute!
... and this one! Not so cute - but funny! "Stop the paparazzi! I'm trying to eat my dinner!"
These last were taken this afternoon at Grannie & Grandad's after a lovely Sunday lunch - thanks guys! Max had LOTS of fun with both Uncle Alec and Jack. Alec taught Max how to complete a puzzle, so whenever he put one in right he would look to Alec for his approval and congratulations! Sweet!

This picture is very like one taken of me when I was a baby (a little over 1 year old) giving myself a clap for standing up by myself.
This is me at about Max's age, 16 months. Think we look alike? :)
